Dynamic Yoga
Nia - Yoga Dance
Optional therapies available - Swedish massage, Indian Head massage, Reflexology
Other activities, such as talks, and lectures on appropriate subjects, (to be decided)
Cost 85 euros including light refreshments Early Bird Special- book before June 14th 70 euros
Pitch a tent - showers toilets and kitchen are included 20 euros, booking essential !
