“Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy that aims to help the body rebalance and promotes good health and wellbeing through pressure to reflexology points usually on the feet, but also the hands, face or ears. Reflexology can help recovery from injury, manage stress levels as it promotes relaxation and aids tension release”
The aim of World Reflexology Week is to raise the awareness of the many benefits of this therapy and raise money for a good cause at the same time. It is the perfect oppo
rtunity to discover the many benefits of this therapy.
On Friday 28th September you will find a group of reflexologists at the Gaia Centre in Larnaca offering short sessions so that you can experience the relaxation and calm that reflexology instills.
Come along to the Gaia Centre, have a chat to the reflexologists about how reflexology may help you, and put your feet up for a good cause.
Donations will be accepted to support the projects run by Gaia Centre~
Suggested donation €10
Sessions will last approximately 20 minutes.
You can call Susan to book a slot if you are pressed for time or you can pop in, browse the library and shop, have a healthy drink and wait for a reflexologist to become free.

The Cyprus Scouts Association
This is achieved by involving children in a non-formal education process, by focusing on each child's individuality and making them the principal agent of their own development as a self-reliant, supportive, responsible and committed person.
Children are divided into three groups based on their age: Cubs from ages 7 to 10, Scouts from ages 11 to 14 and Explorers from ages 15 to 17. The children gather at their local meeting points every Saturday or Sunday, depending on the district from approximately 3pm to 430pm, during which time they engage in training, games, outdoor activities, singing and much more.
Information can be found at local Scout Centres , schools or by calling 22663587. The annual fee for participation in the Cyprus Scouts Association is approximately 30 and registration takes place during the first three Saturdays after schools start, so for this year September 15th, 22nd and 29th.
